La Musica Lirica is a five week training program structured for performance artists looking to This program is designed for the technically trained, college theatre student looking to gain real experience working in an international touring company. Unlike most theatrical internships, you will be a huge part of the actual creative experience. If selected, you will be given the opportunity to put your design and/or stage management skills to the test with individual projects in a wide array of venues. This is a fast-paced and challenging program that requires highly flexible candidates with multiple skills. Although there will be plenty of time to sight-see and experience authentic Italian culture, the work and professionalism expected from you is very high. Coming away from this program, you will not only have professional portfolio photos and international credit/recommendation to your resume, but you will also get a much better understanding of what it takes to work in a professional touring company - not to mention the experience! Requirements: Interns must be 18 years or older and have a formal education or comparable experience in the field of specialty.
